Tech Strategy & Operations is a quantitative role supporting the planning, reporting, and operating rhythm of the Technology organization. Based in India, the role sits within the Technology department and reports on a matrix basis to the Managing Director, Tech Strategy & Operations in Los Angeles, with day-to-day direction from local Technology leadership. You will build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analyses that inform how Technology plans its budget, allocates resources, and measures performance — turning data from multiple systems into a transparent, decision-ready view for senior stakeholders across regions.

What You'll Do
· Build, maintain, and improve financial and operational models supporting the Technology budget, forecast, and long-range plan, including headcount, vendor spend, cloud/infrastructure costs, and project-level investment cases.
