We’re hiring a Growth Marketer (full-time, remote, India) to run growth for two products:
• Zavi: AI agents that help companies grow (B2B)
• Upcar: our consumer app (B2C)

What you’ll do
• Plan and run Meta and Google ad campaigns, and manage budgets against CAC/ROAS targets
• Grow organic social and content on Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form video
• Improve SEO, AI search visibility and app store listings (ASO)
• Run lifecycle and referral programs across email, WhatsApp and push
• Run weekly experiments, track the numbers and share what you learn
• Turn what works into repeatable playbooks, some of which become recipes for Zavi’s AI agents





You might be a great fit if you
• Have 0–2 years of hands-on growth or marketing experience (side projects, freelance work and college ventures all count)
• Can point to a number you moved: followers, signups, installs, sales
• Are comfortable with data and use AI tools every day
• Love running lots of small experiments and moving fast
• Can think about both business buyers and everyday consumers
