Role Description The Telesales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote solar solutions, explain product features and benefits, and generate qualified leads. The Telesales Specialist will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information,



and guide customers through the initial stages of the sales process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on leads, coordinating with field sales and service teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also includes supporting customers with basic queries, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales scripts and customer engagement practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including telesales, lead generation, and basic negotiation abilities.
