As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly ambitious and commercially driven Vice President – Sales to lead our sales organisation and accelerate expansion across our businesses.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role for a high-energy,
growth-oriented sales leader who has a proven ability to build teams, create scalable sales processes and consistently deliver ambitious revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in B2B sales and/or franchise sales, combined with the leadership capability to manage multiple sales verticals across a growing organisation.
You will work closely with the promoters and senior management of Jalsa Ventures and take ownership of the group's overall sales strategy, execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall sales strategy and revenue growth for Jalsa Ventures and its portfolio companies.
- Own and deliver ambitious monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead and scale sales across franchise sales, B2B partnerships, institutional sales and other revenue channels.
- Build, mentor and manage high-performing sales teams, including senior managers and business development teams.
