The role

You will run the full sales cycle on inbound and outbound B2C leads: qualify, demo, handle objections, close, and hand off to onboarding. This is in-office, Bangalore, 6 days a week, 6-8 hours a day.

What you will work on

• Calling leads and running demo/discovery calls for our coaching plans
• Handling objections on price, commitment, and results
• Following up relentlessly until a lead converts or clearly says no
• Keeping a clean pipeline so nothing falls through

Requirements

• ✓2+ years of B2C sales experience




• ✓Proven experience on sales calls: cold calling, demo calls, and follow-ups
• ✓Comfortable handling objections and closing on the phone
• ✓Able to work in-office in Bangalore, 6 days a week

Nice to have

• +Experience selling subscriptions, memberships or coaching/wellness services
• +CRM experience (tracking leads, pipeline discipline)
