About the Role
We are hiring a Project Manager on behalf of a fast-growing AI technology company.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, coordinate teams, manage deadlines, and ensure that work gets completed on time and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working with technical teams, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you should understand how technology products are built and have a strong interest in artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Execution: Own projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, AI development, operations,



and business teams to keep projects moving.
• Task Management: Break down projects into actionable tasks, assign ownership, track progress, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and implement processes that increase team productivity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• AI Product Delivery: Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered products and features.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, resolve blockers, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain project plans, requirements, meeting notes, and status reports.

Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience in project management, technical program management, or technology operations.
• Experience managing software development or technology-related projects.
• Strong understanding of Agil
