Role Description This full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role is an on-site position based at the Satara manufacturing plant. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding,



and employee lifecycle management. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will handle HR documentation, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating training and development activities, supporting performance management processes, and assisting in formulating HR policies aligned with organizational values. The role also includes managing employee engagement initiatives, handling grievance redressal, collaborating with departmental managers on workforce planning, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance and HR leadership teams.
