Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident, proactive, and well-organised Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development team. The role involves reaching out to existing clients and prospects from a company-provided database, researching each client before making calls, coordinating with internal team members who have previously handled the client, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English, a qualified communication style, and the ability to research and prepare thoroughly before every call. This role requires meaningful client engagement, structured follow-ups, and effective internal coordination to identify potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities• Pre-Call Research: Research the client's company, business background, services, and relevant updates before every call to ensure the conversation is well-informed and relevant.
• Internal Team Coordination:
Connect with Account Managers, Client Servicing team members, or colleagues who have previously worked with the client to understand the account history, past discussions, existing relationships, and potential opportunities.
• Planned Client Calling: Prepare for every call with a clear objective, relevant talking points, and an understanding of the client's background and requirements.
• Client Outreach: Call existing clients and prospects from the company-provided database to introduce relevant services, understand current requirements, and explore potential business opportunities.
• Lead Reactivation: Reconnect with inactive leads and previous contacts to revive relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Meeting Generation: Identify interested prospects and schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
