Job Description

1. Import and Export Management:

● Manage the import and export of manufacturing
components (motors, batteries, sensors, etc.) and finished products to/from
international markets.

● Coordinate shipping schedules, routes, and
customs procedures to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with international
trade laws.

● Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and
distributors to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics.

1. Customs and Compliance:

● Ensure compliance with import/export
regulations, trade laws, tariffs, and sanctions in the drone manufacturing
industry.

● Prepare, review, and submit accurate
documentation for customs clearance, such as commercial invoices, packing
lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.

● Stay updated on international trade
regulations, duty rates, and import/export restrictions affecting drone
technology.

1. Coordination:

● Collaborate with internal teams ( Sales &
Marketing , SCM Finance , R&D; ) to manage Scomet Licencing ,



ETA /WPC
licencing

● Coordinate with Government, transport agencies
to get work done on time.

1. Vendor and Supplier Relationships:

● Build and maintain solid relationships with
international suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers.

● Negotiate favorable terms with freight
carriers, customs brokers, and other external partners to reduce costs and
improve service delivery.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

● Ensure proper documentation and filing for all
imports and exports, maintaining a comprehensive record of transactions for
audit purposes.

● Generate regular reports on import/export
activities, costs, and any issues affecting the supply chain.
