Job Objective

Drive business performance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence across the hotel portfolio through financial analysis, performance management, forecasting, investment evaluation, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with senior leadership, hotel operations teams, finance, revenue management,



and development stakeholders to provide actionable insights that support revenue growth, profitability enhancement, and long-term business objectives.

Essential Job Tasks

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business functions such as Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Purchase, Finance, Operations, and HR to understand their data and analytics needs.

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

2. Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

• Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.

• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), clearly outlining the impact of proposed solutions in terms of cost, revenue, or time savings.

3. Collaboration with Development Teams:

• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for developers.
