PROFILE - Performance Marketer

B9 Solution is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with 2+ years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and client handling.

Position: Performance Marketer

Experience: 2 Years or Above

Location: Mohali

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, and Lead Generation campaigns.

• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.





• Manage campaign budgets and optimize overall ROI.

• Handle client calls, requirements, and campaign discussions.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights.

• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/PPC.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

• Knowledge of GA4, GTM & Conversion Tracking.

• Strong analytical, communication & client-handling skills.

• Experience in Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization.
