Role Description The Sales & Marketing Fresher – Lead Generation role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and generating qualified leads through calls, emails, and digital channels. The individual will maintain lead databases, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos. Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns,



assisting in preparatory work for presentations, and providing basic customer interaction to understand requirements. The role also requires tracking lead conversion metrics and sharing regular reports with sales and management teams.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with prospects professionally and build initial rapport.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to qualify leads, support the sales pipeline, and understand basic sales processes.
• Candidates should possess an ability to participate in and benefit from Training to quickly learn products, services, and lead generation tools.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital channels, or CRM tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
