The role
Until now the founder has run sales at Growww Tech alongside delivery. That stops with you. You take over a team of 5 Sales Executives and a rolling cohort of 12 Sales Interns, a live inbound pipeline from growwwtech.com, and a published, fixed price list. Every call on the sales line is recorded into Frappe CRM, so coaching runs on real calls, not on opinion. You report to the founder, you own the monthly number, and you decide who works which lead. The interns have a hard bar - one closed deal every month - and enforcing it fairly is yours.




What you work on
• A team of 5 Sales Executives (1 to 3 years) and 12 Sales Interns (under a year), all in the Visakhapatnam office.
• Inbound leads from growwwtech.com landing in Frappe CRM, plus the outbound your team runs on LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and phone.
• Founders doing ₹50 lakh to ₹25 crore a year, mostly outside the metros, most of them stuck on COD returns and a leaking checkout.
• A published price list you never have to defend: ₹50,000 Shopify store, ₹50,000 RTO audit, ₹75,000 CRO pass, ₹2,00,000 ERPNext implementation, retainers from ₹25,000 a month.
• Recorded calls in the CRM: your coaching material, every week, for every rep.

Responsibilities
• Own the monthly sales number and report it to the founder weekly with the pipeline behind it.
• Route every inbound lead the same working day and make sure it gets called back the same day.
