The role
Our Sales Executive role asks for at least a year of sales experience. This is the way in without it. For three months you sit in the Visakhapatnam office and work the real pipeline: inbound leads from the website, discovery calls with D2C founders, the CRM the delivery team scopes from. The stipend is ₹5,000 a month - we are saying the number up front so you can decide with the full picture. The Sales Team Lead coaches you on your own recorded calls every week. The bar is clear from day one: close at least one deal every month,



three over the internship, from leads you found or ones we handed you. Transparent it, and you are hired as a permanent Sales Executive at ₹25,000–₹45,000 a month, a fixed salary plus a variable part paid on monthly sales.
What you work on
• Inbound leads from growwwtech.com. Every form submission lands in Frappe CRM; you call it back the same working day.
• Founders doing ₹50 lakh to ₹25 crore a year, mostly outside the metros, most of them stuck on COD returns and a checkout that leaks.
• A published price list from the ₹50,000 Shopify store up, so you learn to sell a number the founder has already seen.
• Every call on the sales line is recorded into the CRM. You are coached on your real calls, not on role-plays.

Responsibilities
• Call back inbound leads the same working day and log the outcome in Frappe CRM.
• Sit in on discovery calls in week one. Run your own 20-minute calls
