The role

You will spend your day on the phone with founders who are selling through Instagram DMs at 11pm and have run out of hours. Some fill in the form on our site and land in the CRM; the rest you find. Your job is to work out what is actually breaking - the checkout, the COD returns, the fact that nobody owns the ops - and hand the delivery team a transparent picture with a price already agreed. You bring one to three years of selling to business owners; we teach you the D2C stack in your first month. You report to the Sales Team Lead,



who coaches you on your own recorded calls every week.

What you work on

• Inbound leads from growwwtech.com. Every form submission lands in Frappe CRM as a lead; you call it back the same working day.

• Founders doing anywhere from ₹50 lakh to ₹25 crore a year, mostly outside the metros - Vizag, Vijayawada, Guntur, Hyderabad, Surat, Coimbatore.

• A published price list, so you never defend a number you cannot explain: ₹50,000 Shopify store, ₹50,000 RTO audit, ₹75,000 CRO pass, ₹2,00,000 ERPNext implementation, retainers from ₹25,000 a month.

• COD and RTO economics, which is where most of these calls actually land. A founder at 30% RTO is your most common caller.

• Payment happens on a hosted checkout link you send after the call. No invoices to chase, no discount negotiation.

• A CRM you keep clean, because the delivery team scopes the build from what you write.
