We are looking for a proactive Executive- Tenders & Proposals to support end-to-end bidding and cataloging activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), and other government e-procurement portals. Working closely with the Bidding & Defence Tenders lead, you will track opportunities, maintain product catalogs, and help prepare compliant bid submissions for UAV and Counter-Drone systems for the Indian Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces, State Police and PSUs. Focus on AI enabled approaches will be appreciated for automating Manual Tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Tracking & Identification
• Monitor GeM bids, custom tenders, Expressions of Interest (EoI) and RFPs from MoD, MHA, BSF, CRPF, State Police and other departments on a daily basis. (Automation using AI is recommended)
• Shortlist opportunities matching company product capabilities and flag them to the reporting manager for evaluation.
Catalog & Portal Management
• Maintain and update product catalogs on GeM for UAV and Anti-Drone platforms with accurate technical parameters.
• Support compliance of catalog listings with IDDM, Make in India (MII) and applicable DPIIT drone regulations.
Bid Documentation Support
• Assist in compiling technical compliance sheets and supporting documents required for bid submission, in coordination with the product/documentation team.
• Organize and maintain records of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), certifications and other recurring bid documents.
Submission & Coordination
• Support timely, accurate submission of bids on GeM and other e-procurement portals within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the tech, product and documentation teams to gather required inputs for each bid.
Post-Bid Tracking
• Track bid status, results and order generation on GeM.
