We are seeking an experienced SVP / VP to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences team, covering pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics, hospitals and healthcare delivery, diagnostics and pathology labs, pharma services (CRO/CDMO), digital health and health-tech, and healthcare-focused business services. This is an origination-and-execution role. You will build and convert your own pipeline of mandates across these sub-segments, structure and price transactions, and be accountable for delivery and successful closure of deals against agreed revenue and origination targets.

You will own your mandates end to end: cultivating relationships with promoters, founders, boards, and financial sponsors across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem; converting opportunities into signed mandates on commercially attractive terms; and driving execution through structuring, due diligence, and closing, supported by the practice's sector strategy and leadership, Capwise's broader platform, central origination network, and execution capabilities.

Relationship Management

• Origination
Ownership: Own end-to-end origination
for the Healthcare vertical, building and converting a high-value pipeline
through personal network and relationship-led sourcing.

Accountability: Carry primary
accountability for mandate wins and fee revenue generated by the vertical.

• CXO &
Board Relationships: Act as the
firm's senior relationship owner with promoters, founders, boards, and
institutional investors, shaping their strategic capital and exit decisions.

Positioning: Represent the firm and
shape its origination strategy across investor forums, industry events, and the
broader ecosystem.
