Job Purpose

To drive revenue growth, manage distributor/retailer networks, and achieve sales and collection targets within an assigned geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary and primary sales targets for the assigned patch.

• Territory & Route Planning: Execute daily or weekly visit plans to retail outlets, distributors, or key accounts.

• Channel & Distributor Management: Onboard, train, and monitor distributor sales representatives (DSRs); ensure optimal stock and inventory levels (e.g., maintaining stock norms).

• New Business Development: Identify current retail/commercial accounts, expand market penetration, and pitch company products or services.

• Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure proper product placement, planogram execution, FIFO compliance,



and minimal damage/returns in stores.

• Mobility: A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
