A2 Infosys is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our technical service team. Candidates with experience are welcome, and freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in CCTV, fire alarm systems, and computer services are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

- CCTV camera installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

- Fire alarm system installation, testing and servicing.

- Computer hardware, software and networking support.

- Banking kiosk machine installation, maintenance and servicing.

- In office technical support and customer service.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th pass).

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

- Freshers with a strong interest in learning technical services can also apply.

- Ability to understand Hindi and English.

- Basic communication and customer-handling skills.





- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations across Kerala when required.

1. Kozhikode Base

- Occasional travel to Palakkad and Thrissur may be required.

2. Kollam Base

- Main areas: Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram and Pathanamthitta.

- Occasional travel to Kottayam and Alappuzha may be required.
