WE ARE HIRING: HIGHWAY PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Jaisalmer, Rajasthan
Position: Highway Project Manager Road & Highway Construction

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in road and highway construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of highway construction methodologies, project execution, and site management.
- Experience in managing highway construction activities, including earthwork, embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, and bituminous road works.
- Knowledge of highway alignment, grading, pavement construction, drainage systems, culverts, and other highway infrastructure works.
- Ability to plan and monitor daily construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Experience in manpower planning, machinery deployment, material management, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ability to monitor project progress, maintain daily site reports, and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures,



material testing, and highway construction quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards, site safety procedures, and traffic management plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Identify site issues, resolve construction challenges, and maintain project schedules.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
