Bougee Stays is a growing hospitality company managing multiple properties across Gurgaon. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager who can convert vacant nights into bookings, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and take complete ownership of property performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive bookings by actively selling vacant dates and converting enquiries.
- Manage end-to-end guest experiences, including check-ins, checkouts, and complaints.
- Manage OTA listings, pricing, availability, reviews, and presentation.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and daily property operations.
- Improve occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify problems proactively and implement solutions without constant supervision.
