Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with 10-20 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Cloud platforms, and distributed systems, along with experience in modern software development practices and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and support Microservices-based architectures.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.
- Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning activities.

Educational Qualification
