Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage floor operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

- Oversee patient care services, including OPD, ICU, CCU, ICCU, NICU, Casualty, Surgical, PICU, Emergency & ITU.

- Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure effective treatment plans for patients.

- Handle incharge activities such as shift management and staff supervision.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
