Job Description : BTL Executive
Department : Marketing
Designation: BTL Executive
Reporting to: Senior Campaign Executive
Location : Bengaluru

Role Overview
The BTL Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground
brand activations, lead generation campaigns, college activations, mall events, corporate
activations, and dealership engagement initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute BTL marketing activities across assigned locations.
Coordinate with vendors for event setup, branding, permissions, and logistics.




Manage end-to-end execution of activations, ensuring smooth on-ground operations.
Generate and track customer leads through events and ensure timely handover to
the sales team.
Coordinate with dealerships for staffing, branding material, and event readiness.
Maintain inventory of marketing assets including standees, brochures, flags, and
merchandise.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-event reports with insights and
recommendations.
Support product launches, exhibitions, and special marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all activations.

Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in BTL marketing or event execution.
Robust vendor management and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel across India and work on weekends during events.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
