Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership for construction execution across multiple projects.
- Own project planning, execution, timelines, cost, quality, safety and final handover.
- Lead Project Heads, construction teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, budgets, resources and execution risks.
- Drive contractor and vendor management, commercial control and productivity.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved designs, specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, safety and compliance requirements.
- Identify project bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Establish construction processes, reporting systems and performance benchmarks.
- Work closely with promoters and senior leadership on project strategy and key decisions.




- Lead and mentor large construction teams across multiple projects.

Ideal Candidate

- 20+ years of overall experience with significant senior leadership exposure.
- Strong background in large-scale real estate developers(Preferred), infrastructure or property development.
- Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously and large construction teams.
- Solid experience in end-to-end project execution from planning through completion/handover.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost, quality, safety, contractor management and execution.
- Should be comfortable interacting directly with promoters and senior management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
