Job Description: Civil Project Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Civil Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of civil construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site supervision, project coordination, BOQ and billing, documentation, reporting, and client/contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily civil construction and site activities.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, billing, DPR, MIS, and project reports.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Track site material requirements, procurement needs, and manpower deployment.
- Maintain project-related documentation, records, and reports.
- Support project planning, execution, and day-to-day coordination.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure project activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Handle multiple project activities and priorities effectively.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site supervision
- Experience in BOQ preparation and billing.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Client handling experience will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries/projects will be preferred:

- Building Construction
- Infrastructure Projects
- Industrial Projects
- Solar EPC Projects
