We are hiring Part-Time & Full-Time Customer Care Representatives for Inbound / Outbound Calling.

No of Requirement: 10+

Key Responsibility Areas:

- To take Incoming calls to Customers.

- To resolve the customers complaint & issues.

- To inform them about new products and services.

- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.

- To generate more good communication & call quality with customer satisfaction.

- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.

- To maintain login hours and punctuality.

Key Skills / Competencies:

- Basic computer knowledge,

- Minimum 12th Pass

- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language

- Valuable communication skills

- Must have decent typing speed (at least 15 WPM)

Salary: INR 16,000/- CTC PM to 22,000/- CTC PM+ Other Allowances (Overtime, Night Shift Allow.) fresher can also apply
