Roles & Responsibilities l Reach out to and counsel nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany. l Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability. l Present and promote German language training packages that are essential for overseas job opportunities. l Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. l Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools. l Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. l Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates. What We're Looking For l Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. l Solid interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. l 0-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
