#### **Required Qualifications & Skills**

* Diploma in Imports / Any Graduate.
* 2 to 5 years of experience in Import Procurement, Sourcing, or Purchase.
* Experience in procurement of chemicals and domestic/international sourcing of materials.
* Knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics coordination.
* Understanding of DGFT regulations, IEC requirements, and import documentation.
* Experience in handling PO, RFQs, supplier quotations, contract management, and vendor development.
* Knowledge of supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and MIS reporting.
* Understanding of GST, import duties, freight costing, and landed cost calculation.
* Solid negotiation, commercial, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills.





#### **Job Responsibilities**

* Plan and monitor material requirements based on production schedules and forecasts.
* Ensure timely procurement of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
* Prepare and release purchase orders as per procurement procedures.
* Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers for timely deliveries.
* Manage import deliveries and review import documentation.
* Coordinate with CHA, logistics partners, and freight forwarders.
* Monitor inventory levels and track critical shortages.
* Develop alternate suppliers and evaluate supplier performance.
* Negotiate price, lead time, quality, and commercial terms.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO documentation, and import/export regulations.
