Key Responsibilities

1. Report directly to the Board of Directors and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives and sustainable growth.

2. Oversee overall hospital administration, daily operations, and operational efficiency across departments.

3. Manage consultant relationships, engagement, retention, and coordination to strengthen clinical services and hospital performance.

4. Drive business development initiatives, revenue growth, referral networks, corporate tie-ups, and strategic partnerships.

5. Contribute to overall P&L; performance through revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.

6. Monitor financial performance, budgets, operational costs, and key business KPIs in coordination with the Finance team.

7. Identify opportunities for recent specialties, service expansion, capacity utilization, and market growth.

Ensure high standards of patient experience, service quality, operational excellence, and patient satisfaction.

9. Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, hospital policies, and quality standards.

10. Lead administrative and support teams, driving accountability, productivity, and cross-functional collaboration.

11. Establish and review MIS, performance dashboards, and periodic reports for the Board, highlighting key achievements, risks, and improvement areas.

12. Drive continuous improvement, resource optimization, and strategic initiatives to strengthen the hospitals operational and financial performance
