Scope of Role

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to handover as per client and PMC standards.
- Manage project planning, schedules, manpower, materials, and construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, safety, and contractual compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and certify contractor bills and quantities in coordination with the QS team.
- Ensure statutory compliance, smooth handover, and project closure.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve timely and quality delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1218 years in PMC / large-scale construction projects.
- Must Have: Robust experience in Hospital Projects.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, client coordination, cost control, billing certification, and statutory compliance.
- Postgraduate qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
