Responsibilities
- The person will interact with clients respectfully, understand the guidance they are seeking, coordinate with appropriate experts, manage follow-ups and help keep the experience private, clear and skilled.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.
HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
