Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and planning engineering.
- Solid knowledge of billing and planning principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
