Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Upsell and upgrade insurance packages and wellness plans.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling Sales.
- Experience in insurance or financial services sales is preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Valuable persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and customer conversion.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in insurance sales, health insurance sales, outbound telesales, or inside sales.
