The role will support individuals using HappinessCue for career and professional guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and professional growth. The person will understand the requirement, coordinate with suitable experts, track conversations and help clients move smoothly from enquiry to guidance. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
