- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain effective WMS/ERP systems to streamline operations.
- Analyze data using Excel to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Supervise and train a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Proven experience in outbound operations, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
- Solid knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Excel.
