- Manage and oversee the entire outbound process, from order fulfillment to dispatch.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the outbound process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound operations, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of professionals.
- Skills: Outbound Operations, Order Fulfilment, Picking, Packing, Invoicing, Dispatch, WMS/ERP, Excel.
