- ✈️ Airport Ground Staff – Job Responsibilities? Passenger Check-in & Boarding: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and boarding procedures.
- ? Baggage Handling: Coordinate baggage tagging, loading/unloading, and baggage-related queries.
- ? Ticketing & Documentation: Assist with reservations, ticketing, and passenger documentation.
- ? Passenger Assistance: Guide passengers at the airport and assist with special requirements.
- ? Flight Coordination: Make announcements and coordinate with airline and airport teams regarding flight operations.
- ? Arrival & Departure Support: Assist passengers during arrivals, departures, transfers, and connecting flights.
- ?️ Safety & Security: Follow airport, airline, and safety procedures at all times.
- ? Customer Service: Handle passenger queries and provide skilled service throughout the airport journey.
