Role Description This is a full-time in office Wealth Manager role based in Kalyan.

The Wealth

Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, understanding clients’ financial goals, and recommending suitable investment and insurance solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting financial assessments, designing comprehensive wealth plans, monitoring portfolio performance, and rebalancing investments as needed. The role involves staying updated on market trends, communicating regular portfolio reviews,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning, including goal-based planning, retirement planning, and tax-efficient strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to construct, analyze, and monitor diversified portfolios.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including understanding of capital markets, risk management, and financial products.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Insurance, including assessing protection needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and ethical decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build long-term client trust.
- Proficiency in using digital trading platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software; prior experience in wealth management or stock broking is preferred.
