Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Videographer based in Bengaluru, India. TRP Sports is looking for a creative Videographer & Editor who lives and breathes sport, storytelling and content. This role involves capturing high-energy sporting action across our venues, athlete shoots, tournaments, community events and brand collaborations.

We’re looking for someone who can own content end-to-end, from ideation and shooting to editing and final delivery, with a strong creative eye and passion for sports.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture photos and videos across tournaments, leagues, and sporting events (football, cricket, pickleball, padel & more)
- Shoot brand collaborations and athlete content for national & international athletes managed by TRP Sports
- Conceptualise and execute creative video ideas for reels,



campaigns and social media content
- Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and platform-first understanding
- Support content capture across TRP Sports’ athlete, venue, event and sports community projects.
- Manage shoots independently and deliver content within timelines

Ideal Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in Video Production & video editing
- Comfortable handling professional camera equipment and capturing fast-paced sports action
- Strong creative eye for framing, movement and storytelling
- Own professional camera/video equipment.
- Basic understanding of lighting, audio and production workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro
- Experience in sports shooting is a big advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to ideate, shoot and edit content end-to-end
