About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality video content across YouTube, Instagram.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, along with hands-on experience in video production and post-production. You will collaborate closely with the creative, content, design, and marketing teams to transform ideas into compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Post-Production

- Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, performance marketing campaigns, and digital learning platforms.
- Create engaging narratives using effective pacing, music, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio cleanup, and final video exports.
- Organize and manage footage, project files, and creative assets to maintain an efficient post-production workflow.
- Work with designers and motion graphics artists to incorporate animations, graphics, and visual effects where required.
- Review edits, incorporate feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with content, marketing, design, and creative teams to deliver projects on time.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and digital content formats.
- Explore AI-powered creative tools to improve production efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance content quality.

Requirements & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in video editing, video production, or digital content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience editing content for social media, YouTube, digital advertising, or e-learning platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing video editing, storytelling, and content production skills is required.
