As part of its efforts to strengthen its digital presence and reach more customers, the company is looking for a skilled and creative individual to showcase its products, manufacturing activities, and technical capabilities through engaging digital content.

Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Video Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital content creation and online marketing activities.

The role involves planning, shooting, scripting, and editing videos featuring the company's machinery, product demonstrations, manufacturing processes, installations, and other company activities. The candidate must be comfortable providing voice-overs or narration for videos. Appearing on camera is optional, but the ability to deliver clear and engaging voice-overs is essential.

The responsibilities also include managing the company's social media platforms, creating and publishing regular content,



designing promotional posters and graphics when required, and managing online advertising campaigns. The candidate should be capable of handling these activities independently, maintaining consistent branding, and developing creative ideas to improve the company's online visibility, audience engagement, and customer enquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

- Practical skills in video shooting, editing, and creating promotional videos, reels, and shorts.
- Clear voice and good communication skills for voice-overs and product narration; on-camera appearance is optional.
- Knowledge of social media management, content publishing, and handling platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to design posters and promotional graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to shoot videos at the company premises and customer locations when required.
- No specific degree is mandatory. Practical skills and a portfolio of previous work are preferred. Relevant experience is an advantage, but skilled candidates are welcome to apply.
