Role Description The US Manager & Senior US Accountant will manage and oversee accounting operations for US-based clients, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations,



and preparation of financial statements. This role will lead and supervise accounting teams, review work for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and relevant tax regulations, and provide guidance on complex accounting issues. The position includes coordinating with clients on financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support, as well as ensuring timely execution of outsourced accounting, cloud accounting, and payroll-related tasks.

The individual will also contribute to process improvements, implementation of accounting best practices, and quality control across client engagements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Thane.

Experience

US Manager : 8 to 12 years

US Payroll TL : 6 to 9 Years
