Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with experience designing web applications and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate should understand user needs, translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences, and create visually appealing interfaces that improve usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS web applications and digital products.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective user journeys and interface designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve product usability.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Follow accessibility standards and modern UI/UX best practices.
- Maintain design documentation and specifications for development handoff.





Required Skills And Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or product-based company.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience designing dashboards, data tables, forms, analytics screens, and complex workflows.
- Good understanding of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on B2B SaaS products or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development.
- Understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
