Role Description This full-time Travel Consultant role is an in office position based in the Pune Division.

The Travel

Consultant will guide clients in planning and booking international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, and transport services.

Responsibilities include advising on itineraries, creating customized travel packages, managing reservations, and ensuring accurate travel documentation.



The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues before and during travel, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products, promotions, and industry trends.

The Travel

Consultant will work to deliver high-quality service that reflects Rayna Tours’ standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and design customized travel solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to organize and confirm flights, accommodations, tours, and transport.
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP and travel booking systems, along with familiarity with visa, insurance, and travel documentation processes, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment are required.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
