Role Description The Travel Consultant role at The Trip Holic is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, and designing customized itineraries that may include flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities.

The Travel

Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, handle reservations and bookings, and ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmations. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving travel-related issues,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and vendor offerings. The role also requires coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless travel experiences and support overall business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to understand client needs and design comprehensive travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle booking processes, itineraries, and documentation accurately.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and vendors.
- Relevant experience in travel consulting, tourism, or hospitality is beneficial; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
