Wobbi Logix is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Transport Customer Support Officer to join our growing logistics operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries regarding freight bookings, shipment tracking, pickups, deliveries, and transport schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve transport issues.
- Monitor freight movements and provide timely updates on delivery delays and schedule changes.
- Investigate customer complaints, delivery discrepancies, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, transport documentation, and operational spreadsheets.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and identifying discrepancies.
- Prepare operational reports and support daily logistics administration.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.





Essential Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience in logistics operations within the transport and logistics industry is essential.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas.
- Solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of computer literacy and familiarity with transport management systems.
- Must be available to commence immediately.
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
