Role Description The Travel Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in North Delhi. In this position, the specialist coordinates and manages travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for both business and personal travel. Day-to-day tasks include assessing travel needs, preparing itineraries, monitoring schedules and changes, and ensuring all bookings align with client preferences and budgets.

The role involves regular communication with clients and vendors, resolving travel-related issues, and providing proactive customer service to create a stress-free travel experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to plan, book, and oversee comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and service providers and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Business Travel to handle corporate itineraries, policy adherence, and schedule optimization.
- Candidates should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Candidates should be proficient with travel booking tools, online travel platforms, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, calendar tools).
- Candidates should demonstrate a client-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in travel planning, corporate travel, or hospitality is highly beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
