The Program The Vara5 Apprenticeship Program finds young, ambitious graduates and trains them to become travel curators. Over six months, you are trained by senior professionals in every part of how a luxury journey is designed and delivered, then put to work on real journeys for real clients. At the end, you join us full time, in a role that usually takes years of experience to reach.
This is not an internship. It is a paid apprenticeship from day one, and strong performers move through faster.

Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduates of leading universities and hospitality schools, in any discipline. No travel qualification or industry experience is needed.
What you do need: a real love of travel, excellent written and spoken English, organisation, comfort with numbers, and ease with current technology.
