About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys technical challenges, can learn what they don't know, and takes ownership of getting things solved.
We are not looking for someone limited to one technology. Our projects span cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, development, AI, VAPT, GRC, and automation. There is no fixed tech stack.
What matters is a strong technical foundation, sharp problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the drive to deliver results.
You'll manage multiple projects at once. Some you'll deliver independently, hands-on. For larger projects, you'll lead a team of engineers, consultants, or external partners. This may also involve hiring, onboarding, and training people based on project needs.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not just project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical projects from requirement gathering, solution design, and planning through successful delivery.
- Understand client problems, evaluate possible approaches, and recommend practical solutions.
- Research, troubleshoot, and solve challenges across unfamiliar technologies.
- Independently execute smaller projects, including implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Lead technical teams on larger projects, including engineers, consultants, and external partners.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring engineers as project requirements evolve.
- Estimate project effort, identify technical dependencies, and plan resources and delivery timelines.
- Review architectures, technical approaches, configurations, and deliverables for quality and reliability.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, client expectations, and deadlines.
- Communicate directly with clients, internal teams, and management.
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate research, development, troubleshooting, and delivery while validating results.
- Identify problems early, evaluate alternatives,
and drive resolution without constant supervision.
- Know when to solve independently and when specialist involvement or escalation is required.
- Ensure proper testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover before project closure.
- Escalate risks or blockers with clear findings, possible solutions, and recommended next steps.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in any technical domain, including cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, software development, network security, VAPT, or GRC.
- Strong technical fundamentals in at least one domain, with the willingness and ability to work across others.
- Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to independently research, learn, and apply unfamiliar technologies.
- Experience in technical implementations, client projects, or solution delivery.
- Ability to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and estimate technical effort.
- An AI-first mindset. Comfortable using AI for research, coding, automation, and troubleshooting while independently verifying outputs.
- Clear communication and the confidence to interact directly with clients and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and drive them through completion.
- Strong ownership, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when project requirements demand it.
Positive to Have
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Linux, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, or cloud security.
- Scripting, APIs, automation, full-stack development, or DevOps experience.
- Knowledge of VAPT, SIEM, EDR/XDR, or security tools implementation.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, DPDP, ISO 42001, or other compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading technical teams or managing multiple client projects.
- Experience in technical solution design, architecture, or project estimation.
- Experience hiring, training, or mentoring engineers.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools or building AI-powered solutions.
Who We're Looking For Someone who:
- Enjoys unfamiliar problems instead of avoiding them.
- Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
- Doesn't need repeated follow-ups to move work forward.
- Is comfortable saying, "I haven't worked on this before, but I can research it and find a solution."
- Thinks independently and comes with possible solutions, not just questions.
- Can balance hands-on engineering with team and project responsibilities.
- Understands when to experiment, when to validate, and when to seek expert help.
- Believes learning, adapting, and delivering matter more than a long list of certifications or tools.
What We Offer
- Remote work, with occasional on-site visits when a project requires it.
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies, including security, cloud, development, compliance, and AI.
- Real ownership and the freedom to influence technical decisions and delivery approaches.
- Direct interaction with leadership and clients, without unnecessary management layers.
- An AI-first working environment that encourages learning, experimentation, and automation.
- Opportunities to build internal tools, automation solutions, and our own products alongside client projects.
- The opportunity to grow into broader technical and delivery leadership responsibilities.
